Synopsis[]
Esther finds herself the butt of the joke at school, but things go bad to worse when Jack suffers a heart attack as she storms out during an argument. Ste and Dennis are united in their misery over Doug and Leanne's upcoming wedding. Texas convinces Dodger to not take his anger out on Will and Liberty.
Plot[]
Herb returns to see Doug and wants them to have a bachelor party tonight. Esther and Ruby brace themselves for their first day at college. Dylan's decided to join the college and Lacey's pleased to see him. Maddie steals Ruby from Esther. Dodger upsets Liberty. Will tells Dodger he and Liberty will be at the Dog for midday if he decides to join them. Esther's paranoid when Lacey makes a comment towards her and students start laughing.
Texas urges Dodger to meet with Liberty and Will. Herb tells Doug that he thinks Ste is odd. Dodger apologises to Liberty and Will for his behaviour. Ste's annoyed when Doug asks him to be his best man. Maddie tells her friends that she felt facial hair on Esther when Esther tried kissing her. Dylan and Lacey get closer and Lacey invites him over. Nancy has an appointment for her 20-week scan. Darren worries about it. Dodger's uneasy when Dirk joins him, Liberty and Will for drinks and reminisces about the past.
Esther finds a photo of herself with a moustache drawn onto it on the wall at college and feels humiliated. Words from Dennis leave Ste reconsidering his recent behaviour towards Doug. Dirk thinks he and Dodger may have turned a corner, until Dodger tells him they can't come back from recent events. The sonographer can't get all the measurements he needs so sends Nancy out to drink water and return for another scan in a bit. Dodger makes up with Texas and kisses her. Jack finds Esther at the flat and accuses her of skiving. They argue and Jack collapses as Esther storms out.
