Plot[]
A tearful Cher looks at a photo of Sylver on the day of his funeral. James prepares for Marnie's funeral. Honour places a photograph of Maxine on the sideboard with the rest of the family. Mercedes is enraged to receive a letter from St. Claudia's Academy School - they are concerned about Bobby's behaviour. Honour receives a text from someone wanting to meet her in the park. James is appreciative of Ste's help. Mercedes meets with Honour to ask for her to act as a second opinion on Bobby's behaviour. Damon feels guilty as Liberty defends him to Sienna. She has decided to sell Savage's Emporium to Ethan.
Mercedes stands outside of The Dog in the Pond and remembers Sylver. Mercedes is shocked when Bobby tells her that Sylver didn't love her. Donna-Marie and Romeo reminisce about Marnie. Ste prepares to leave for the funeral, but receives a visit from Ethan. Goldie speaks highly about Sylver at the funeral, and is left enraged when Mercedes interrupts to speak poorly about him. Ethan makes clear that he plans on making Ste miss the funeral in revenge for what James said about him. He smashes a photo of Marnie and makes Ste clean it up. Cher is furious with Mercedes. She makes Mercedes see how much Sylver really loved her.
Cher tells the family that she plans to move to Greece to reconcile with her mother, having come to the village to "find something", which she has found. Liberty tells Ethan that if she gives him the Emporium, he will help Damon to never gamble again. Ethan refuses, but Liberty's cool attitude convinces him into changing his mind. Yazz finds Cher preparing to leave and the pair reconcile. James is disappointed as Ste arrives late and tells him to leave. Honour tells Mercedes that she is also worried about Bobby. Cher takes one last look down Oakdale Drive before getting into a taxi and leaving. A drunken John Paul stumbles down the alleyway. He pulls a flask from his jacket, and throws it when he finds that it's empty.
