Synopsis[]
Olivia develops concerns over Bobby, but Mercedes refuses to listen. Ste continues to struggle financially whilst James invests large sums into cryptocurrency. Ella considers an abortion, whilst Leah is stunned when DeMarcus reveals his feelings for her.
Plot[]
Bobby refuses to let Mercedes leave the cellar. Donna-Marie receives a phone call from Verity about another meeting regarding Marnie's will. Cleo finds an unwell Ella at the park. Bobby tells Mercedes about Theresa wanting him to be taken away. Bobby thinks that it's his job to protect Mercedes. Donna-Marie and Romeo are left frustrated when James takes the events of the last will reading personally. Romeo makes him see things in a new light. Ste is refuses to ask James about getting money for Lucas's school trip.
Ella vents to Cleo about Charlie. She is grateful for Cleo treating her like an adult. Leah plays hard to get with DeMarcus. Theresa tells Sally, Goldie and Olivia that Mercedes has gone missing and might have fled with Bobby. Goldie is adamant that they keep quiet and search for them, but Olivia decides to call the police. DeMarcus teaches Leah to box. He inadvertently offends her by saying that they could buy her boxing gloves. He ends up revealing that he has feelings for her and her mood instantly changes. James is in a bad mood when at the meeting and leaves abruptly upon learning that his cryptocurrency earnings have dropped.
Mercedes is alarmed when Bobby thinks that things are better now that Sylver is dead. She assures Bobby that she won't allow anyone to take him away from her. Goldie and Theresa are furious to find that Olivia has called Zoe. Ella prepares to talk with Nancy, but is interrupted by a flustered Leah. Mercedes emerges from The Cage and reveals to Theresa and Olivia that the house has a cellar. Ste asks James for money for Lucas's school trip, which annoys James. James ends up investing more into his cryptocurrency. Mercedes and Olivia butt heads. Ella considers her options with the pregnancy. Bobby messages Silas, who tells him to keep quiet about them being in contact.
