- 2005 - Tom Cunningham sets O.B.'s fireworks alight in the house. The explosion causes O.B. to fall down the stairs, and a fire to start inside the house.
- 2011 - Gilly Roach's trial for the rape of Jacqui McQueen begins.

- 2013 - Phoebe McQueen is arrested on suspicion of robbery.
- 2016 - Liam Donovan arrives in the village. Jason and Robbie Roscoe leave the village for South Africa. Whilst racing to the airport, a drunk Holly Cunningham crashes her car into Nathan Nightingale and Rachel Hardy's car before colliding with a tower.
