Synopsis[]
Warren's trial comes to an end, and Mercedes has given evidence! Russ's world is turned upside down once again. Warren, CLare, Katy and Louise wait nervously for the jury to return their verdict. O.B. is convinced Max has a secret crush on Steph and decides to play cupid by arranging a dinner date. Max is confused when Tom arrives, all dressed up, and invites Steph to join him for dinner. Not wanting to hurt Tom's feelings, Steph joins Tom at the table as Max looks on. Max can't help being impressed by Steph.

Notes[]
- The jury foreman is uncredited despite having lines of dialogue.
- As Warren Fox and Clare Devine bicker outside the courtroom, Warren tells Clare that she doesn't want to end up in a courtroom, to which Clare says "only for killing you". This is unintentional foreshadowing of Warren's supposed death a fire caused by Clare at The Loft in May 2009, for which she was prosecuted.
