Synopsis[]
For no reason whatsoever other than the fact than they're living under the same roof, Darren appears to have taken a huge dislike to Norman. He's only too happy to seize on the smallest thing as proof that, as far he's concerned, Norman should be thrown back out onto the streets. Jack is horrified at his son's attitude, and orders him to make an effort to get along with Norman - after all, it was his choice to return to Chester. As far as Darren's concerned, however, Norman is merely Sol Patrick Mark II - and just as much trouble. As for Norman, he can only try and maintain his usual amiable outlook on matters. He's got Jack on his side, but feels disinclined to make a big deal of what he hopes is just a passing phase. Besides, how can he rat on his landlord's own son?
