12 Struther Road is the former home of Ivy Shaw and her father Declan Hawthorne. The house is currently vacant.
In May 2024, Declan Hawthorne was killed in Ivy Shaw's bedroom after Beau Ramsey hit him on the head with a 'Prayers for Ivan' book. Declan fell and bumped his head on the side of the bed frame.
